The company is also building charging infrastructure along the river to facilitate the move.<\/p>\n<p>Zhou Linghui, with the company&#8217;s design institute, said the double-decker vessel, shaped like a white dolphin, is 52.5 meters long with a maximum carrying capacity of 300 passengers.<\/p>\n<p>He said the vessel is powered by 25 tonnes of lithium batteries, equivalent to the battery capacity of 50 family cars.<\/p>\n<p>The vessel discharges no pollution to the river.
